Eventz Genie Provides Exceptional Ground Transport Services for Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Conference 2023 in Indore
Eventz Genie partnered with Yogi Edutransit to provide transportation for the 17th edition of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, from January 8 to 10, 2023. Our team arranged over 450 vehicles for state delegates, national delegates, and state guests. We organized shuttle services from 37 hotels to the convention centre and planned excursions to nearby attractions. The team overcame various challenges, such as getting vehicles from outside the state, training drivers, equipping high-end cars with navigation, and ensuring safety using GPS tracking devices. We worked with the Ministry of External Affairs, MP Tourism, and volunteers to successfully coordinate and manage the event.
