Eventz Genie, Yogi Edutransit executed ground transport for 17th Pravasi Bhartiya Divas in Indore
Eventz Genie, in partnership with Yogi Edutransit, provided ground transport services for the 17th edition of Pravasi Bhartiya Divas, a conference held in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, from January 8 to 10, 2023. The team procured over 450 vehicles for state delegates, national delegates, and state guests.
They also deployed shuttle services from 37 hotels to the convention venue and excursions to nearby places of interest. Challenges faced included procurement of vehicles from outside the state, training drivers on the key routes, equipping high-end cars with navigational equipment, and ensuring safety and security with GPRS tracking devices.
