- Airport arrivals, transfers, and hotel movements were meticulously planned and executed.
- For VIP delegates, pre-registered credentials enabled red carpet treatment and direct venue access — eliminating typical on-ground delays.
Security & Operations
- End-to-end security planning, including zone mapping, emergency response teams, and multi-layered access control.
- Event infrastructure audits were performed to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
