Vijay Cavale/Eventz Genie, as an advisor and consultant coordinated events managed by Deepali Designs and Exhibitions orchestrated the 19th Mahalaxmi Saras Exhibition at Mumbai’s BKC, showcasing India’s cultural richness. Partnering with SHGs and NABARD, it empowered artisans, especially rural women, offering a diverse array of 511 stalls. SARAS Exhibition, a part of the Umeed initiative, in the esteemed presence of Girish Mahajan, the Honourable Minister of Rural Development and Tourism. emphasized government efforts to create equitable marketplaces, promoting economic empowerment. The exhibition fosters cross-cultural exchange, educating about diverse products and markets. Deepali Designs ensured seamless execution, from erecting overlays to organizing cultural programs. Culminating with Sunidhi Chauhan’s performance, Mahalaxmi Saras epitomized the fusion of tradition and modernity, urban and rural, spotlighting India’s artistic legacy through collaborative private-government initiatives.

After the runaway success of Saras @ Mumbai BKC in Jan 2024 , the SARAS Exhibition, a component of the Umeed initiative was replicated in February at Mahalaxmi Saras Nagpur, graced by Girish Mahajan, Honourable Minister of Rural Development and Tourism. Representatives from MSRLM also attended. The event showcased traditional Indian crafts and artisanal products, fostering rural development and empowering local artisans. By providing a platform for rural entrepreneurs, SARAS Exhibition promoted sustainable livelihoods and fair trade practices. Honourable Minister Girish Mahajan's presence underscored the government's commitment to uplifting rural communities. The participation of MSRLM representatives—Shri Ruchesh Jaivanshi, CEO, MSRLM; Shri Parmeshwar Raut, COO, MSRLM; and Shri Raymond D'Souza, CGM, NABARD—further emphasized the collaborative effort towards socio-economic development and the preservation of traditional craftsmanship.
