Startup Odisha at Utkarsh Odisha – Make in Odisha Conclave 2025
Held in Bhubaneswar, the Utkarsh Odisha Conclave 2025 marked the state’s largest-ever investment summit, inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Odisha secured investment intents worth ₹16.73 lakh crore across 593 projects, promising over 12.88 lakh jobs.

Startup Odisha played a central role with a dedicated plenary session titled “Odisha: A Rising Star in India’s Startup Landscape”, featuring key dignitaries and the release of the Odyssey of Startups report. Strategic MoUs were signed with HDFC Bank, Hero MotoCorp, OPPO, and others. The Startup Odisha showcased 20 startups and included an interactive Experience Zone. Key sessions included panels on women in innovation, grassroots entrepreneurship, and Odisha’s rise as a startup hub. Global delegates from 16+ countries participated, with strong representation from investors, VCs, and entrepreneurs. Star speakers included Mr. Kunal Bahl (Snapdeal) and Ms. Maya Sherman (Embassy of Israel).
